Kesari Nandan Parashar is an accomplished Engineering Leader and PHD Research Scholar with expertise in AI and ML. With over 6 years of relevant experience, Kesari has established himself as a Polyglot Software professional, primarily proficient in Java/J2EE, but also well-versed in Golang and Python. Kesari has designed and developed several high-performance services, including a distributed news aggregator that scrapes 100 million stories and serves over 500 million user requests daily, and an image optimization service that handles over 100 million requests per day, optimizing images to 50-85% of their original size. As a Vice President of Technology and Software Architect at DBS Bank, Kesari has led the design, development, deployment, and monitoring of a payment gateway that handles over 5 million transactions daily, with the aim of bringing half a billion Indians into the mainstream economy. He has also interacted with clients and external teams to prepare design documents and development plans in domains such as e-commerce, procurement, payment, media, and telecom. Kesari has a thorough understanding of all phases of a project life cycle (SDLC) and has worked with different development methodologies. He has expertise in building highly concurrent multithreading, Java Collection Framework, JDBC, Hibernate, Struts, Spring, JMS, and XML. He has also implemented efficient algorithms and data structures to improve application performance. He is also a Senior Software Engineer, AI/ML Research Scientist, and SRE with expertise in both back-end and front-end development.
